Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before service may receive a partial refund, depending on resource allocation.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are non-refundable, as preparation and staffing costs are already incurred.

 

2. Service Modifications

If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Work has already commenced on-site.

  • Site conditions are found unsafe or non-compliant, leading to service cancellation.

  • The customer fails to provide required access, permissions, or accurate information.
