  • Provide necessary permissions or entry passes (if applicable).

  • Notify us in advance of any restrictions or special handling needs.

5. Delays and Rescheduling

We strive for punctual deliveries, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen site conditions. If delays are expected, we will notify you as early as possible. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

6. Equipment Handling

Our team handles all scaffolding transport and setup. Clients are not permitted to move or adjust scaffolding equipment unless authorized. This ensures safety and compliance with construction regulations.
